We are a community of UK people interested to learn and practice the Pure Land Buddhist Dharma, in the tradition of Shinran Shōnin (1173-1263), the Japanese monk who redefined Buddhism for the masses.

According to Shinran Shōnin, we are all his fellow travellers or fellow practitioners on the journey towards awakening. Because of this, our gatherings tend to flow in an interactive, participative and horizontal way. Participants are not expected to have previous experience or knowledge in order to join our events and all questions are welcome!
